Tupelo T-Rex
In 2001, National Sports Services analyzed the operations of the Tupelo T-Rex hockey franchise, which played in the Western Professional Hockey League. NSS recommended several changes to the team owner which would improve the team’s operations and performance catering to a small market franchise with little margin for error. The T-Rex played in the 10,000 seat BancorpSouth Arena and later opted for a junior hockey model with a much lower operating cost.
