Massachusetts Mad Dogs

From 1997-99, Bill Davidson was retained to analyze the Mad Dogs franchise and provide recommendation to enhance operations.  The team was a member of the Northeast League prior to joining the Northern League.  The team chose to cease operations in 1999 due to public safety issues with their home facility.   The team re-emerged as the New Haven County Cutters and played in New Haven, Connecticut as a member of the Northern League.
