National Sports Services has negotiated numerous facility leases on behalf of the landlord or the primary facility tenants. This has included all aspects of a lease including length of initial term and extensions, capital improvements, rental provisions (game rental, ticket charges, merchandise, parking, concessions, advertising, premium seating, etc.), operating responsibilities (concessions, event scheduling, staffing, maintenance, utilities, etc.), and other key factors that may affect the working relationship during the term of the lease.
