From 1999 through 2002, National Sports Services represented an individual who had secured rights to place a West Coast Hockey League team in the market.  NSS sourced and negotiated terms with multiple venues resulting in a lease agreement to play in the Orleans Arena beginning with the 2003-04 season.  The firm developed the business plan for the establishment of franchise operations and assisted with the initial implementation of team start-up.
